Exhibition will be arranged during the Bangladesh International Cancer Congress 2023 at Radisson Blu Water Garden, Dhaka, Dhaka on 14-15 September, 2023. A lay out with stall number is provided below.
Stall will be allowed on first come first serve basis. Interested organisations are requested to contact Dr.Mostafa Aziz Sumon, International Affairs Secretary Oncology club for this issue with prior appointment.

Terms and Conditions for stalls:
• All fascia size will be same W- 8’ x H-8”
• Maximum 2 X-banner will be allowed in front of each stall.
• Don’t cross the height limit 8’ for your stall installation .
• You are not allowed to stick any item on wall or ground. Every branding has to be self stand
• Two electric point,one table and two chairs will be provided.
• No food for the stall staffs will be arranged.
• No big sound or events will be allowed which may disturb the environment of other stalls.
